Lord! All might and power belongs to You;
By finding You, we attained fulfilment of all our desires.
Every lover has carved for himself an idol;
But our Beloved alone has captivated our hearts.
He alone is the comfort of our soul and the darling of our heart;
The same One Who is the Lord of the Creation.
He has dawned upon me through His blessings;
Holy is He Who has humbled my opponents.
My life is tied to the Beloved;
He alone is the Paradise and the Ultimate refuge.
To glorify Him, wherefrom can I seek the power?
A river of love flows in my heart.
How great are Your favours, O my Guide,
Holy is He Who has humbled my opponents.
Your grace knows no limits;
No moment is devoid of it.
Your mercy and favours are countless;
I no longer have the strength to thank You enough.
How great are Your favours, O my Guide,
Holy is He Who has humbled my opponents.
Which path should I follow to get to Your street?
What service should I render of which You are the reward?
It is love alone which draws me so irresistibly;
It is the Divine alone through Whom I efface my ego.
What is love? Whom should I tell?
What secret is faithfulness? In whom should I confide?
How can I hide any longer this storm?
Instead I had better scatter my dust to the four winds.
How far removed are we from the mundane world!
Holy is He Who has humbled my opponents.
